Ingredients (8 cookies): 🍌 1 medium- large ripe banana 🍠 1 medium sized sweet potato (approx 100g cooked weight) 🌾 70g oats 🥜 2 tbsp peanut butter Cook your sweet potato and scoop out the flesh (I just microwave mine).
