Floyd Patterson refused to call Ali, 'Ali'. He kept referring to him as Cassius Clay. This infuriated Ali so much that he didn't just beat Patterson, he destroyed him, punishing him round after round and constantly shouting in Patterson's face, "What's my name?! What's my NAME?!"
